The legislature passed without amendment the amendment of the Act on the National Judicial Council, providing that its members from among the judges are to be elected in elections organised by PKW all judges. A professional legal portal (independent, independent and impartial, probably, like judges enjoying this change) covered this with the title: “The fight in the legislature about the fresh KRS winning”. I have 3 questions.
