Robert Bąkiewicz: Prosecutor Ostałowski accuses me of... “hateful towards Germans”

My friend!
You won't believe it, but just 2 days after the March of Independence, I was confronted with further persecution! I'm writing to you with my throat squeezed with anger. Yesterday, I left the Gorzów D.A.'s office with further ridiculous allegations. I just don't have the words to describe this scum, this pure political meanness I had to face.
I didn't even think there was anything average going on in there. Actually, I had the impression that the institution I came to was simply "Department for Combating the Borders Movement".
And indeed: Prosecutor Maciej Ostałowski, promoted specifically to this task from the territory prosecutor's office, made me 2 further charges. So scandalous, so detached from reality, that a individual simply begins to wonder whether these papers are made in Gorzów, or possibly in Berlin. In any German office where individual is plotting to destruct Polish patriots.
The first plea is Article 212, par. 2, which is expected to be "an insult to politicians". Can you imagine? In my speeches, in the recordings, in the entries on the X portal, individual was digging through all word for hours, all sentence, hoping to find anything that could be utilized against me.
And although these passages do not fill any signs of a crime, that was adequate for Prosecutor Ostałowski. But it's only the beginning, due to the fact that the second charge is absurd, so gigantic, so unimaginable, that I find it hard to even gather my thoughts. I was accused of calling to hate... Germans.
I'll be honest with you, erstwhile I heard all this nonsense, I couldn't control myself. Inside, I was boiling with outrage and anger. Do you realize what they're accusing me of?
The fact that I was describing the facts: a German police officer pointing a weapon at our volunteer, Germans kicking migrants from Afghanistan, German patrols chasing our people on the border bridge. I was telling the truth, and this is the fact that he's trying to put me distant today.
I told the D.A. consecutive to the face that I'm not admitting guilt due to the fact that this full proceeding is being conducted deliberately, on a political commission, in a way that has nothing to do with justice.
After all, this is simply a simple demonstration — an effort to close my mouth, to destruct me from public life, to make the impression that if they charge me, it must be “something.”
They have nothing, absolutely nothing, but they want to perpetuate my image as a criminal, a thug, individual evil. That's what this full lousy operation is all about.
I was truly nervous. perceive to what I said.
This is all due to the fact that together we have touched something that this power is terrified of — the plane of agreement between Poles. due to the fact that it was our actions at the border, your support, our common determination that made the opposition to mass migration widespread - over organization divisions.
That's why Tusk has to destruct us. That's why he's sending in the serving prosecutors. That's why he's trying to represent me as a bad, dangerous individual to be eliminated. things’.
And these ridiculous allegations are to service 1 purpose: to make us sick in the eyes of the public and instill the thought that "something must be done."
I'm not hiding that I was truly angry last night, but 1 thing I know for sure, I'm not afraid of these bastards. If these creatures are after me for the truth, for defending Polish interests, for taking sides with the Homeland, then we are going the right way.
A political prosecutor utilized paragraphs like batons. Which is why I want to ask you for 1 very crucial thing: defend my good name where you can. In conversations, on the Internet, in comments — wherever this power tries to spread a false image of the Border defence Movement.
Although these allegations are being drowned in the fumes of absurdity and constitute legal curiosium over which all sane man grabs his head, yet the modes of justice have been set in motion.
And erstwhile that device moves, even the most idiotic charges begin to live their lives. And I gotta respond decisively to that, due to the fact that if I let go for a second, they'll usage it against me.
That's why I request your support now more than ever. These actions require the engagement of lawyers, the hours of their work, the preparation of writings, analyses and opinions, as well as my continuous journeys between prosecutors, courts and places where we operate the Border defence Movement. It all costs, unfortunately.
I compose to you due to the fact that I know you realize how serious this fight is. This is not only a defence of me as a person—it is simply a defence of our full common cause, a defence of our security, Polish sovereignty and the right to talk the fact without fear of a prosecutor sent with a political commission.
That's why I'm asking for your support. Even small aid matters due to the fact that it allows me to proceed to fight despite all the persecution. We have shown so many times together that we do not give in to our enemies. I believe we will win this time too!
