Robert Bąkiewicz: In a fewer days – March of Independence! Let us show the strength of Poland!
date: November 04, 2025 Editor: Anna

Dear Patriot! In 10 days, independency Day. all time this peculiar time comes, I feel a thrill. It's a day that someway shaped my life – by people I met and by everything we built together. due to the fact that for me, the independency March is not just another patriotic event. It is part of my own past – thousands of hours of work, talks, preparation, emotion and belief that Poland deserves a truly worthy national celebration. Do you remember the sea and the minute erstwhile Warsaw trembles with the singing of an anthem carried by hundreds of thousands of people? all time I think about it, I feel quite a few pride. I know that something peculiar has been created – an event that brought Poles together over divisions. The independency March grew out of the hearts of average people and became the largest patriotic event in Europe. This proves that erstwhile Poles act together, there are no impossible things for them.

Today, erstwhile I remember the white and red streets of the capital, I have a sense of exultation and pride. The meaning of this day remains the same – it is simply a minute erstwhile each of us should show that patriotism and the love of the Homeland are not empty words.
That's why I want to walk through the streets of Warsaw with people who think and feel the same way. With you. For us on 11 November is not only a day off from work, but above all a minute erstwhile we gotta show that Poland is the most crucial for us.

I would like us to meet in Warsaw – to be next to you, in a crowd of white and red flags, among people who are not ashamed to say that they love their country. Going together, we're going to make a real community.

This year no uncertainty the Border defence Movement was the main field of my work and commitment. With authentic – and, I hope, not exaggerated – I am arrogant to say that we have managed to do very much for Polish sovereignty and security. It was a difficult, frequently demanding job, but it had large results.
We forced Donald Tusk's government to reconstruct control at the border with Germany – even though he kept repeating for months like a mantra that "there is no need." It was an incredible success, a immense triumph that no 1 expected to win at the beginning of the year. We have shown that consistent civic force can force power to act in the interests of the Nation!
We organized social patrols on the border that showed black and white what reality looked like. It turned out that the migration of migrants from Germany to Poland was not any "fake news" but an alarming everyday life. It was then that thousands of our volunteers in yellow vests stood at the station.

To me, these people are real heroes. Their determination and courage became a symbol of what patriotism is in practice: readiness to devote their time and strength to Homeland security.

We opened people's eyes to the fact about what mass immigration did to the West – what civilian and moral desolation it did there. We realized to Poles that if we did not say “enough”, we would have the same fate. present we are building a broad social opposition to a government that does not care about our interests, but is zealous for Brussels and Berlin.

We besides fought in local governments, supporting local communities and defending them from forced "integration" with pre-imposed migration projects. With all our strength, we supported opposition to the creation of the alleged Centres for the Integration of Foreigners, which were intended to supply the basis for forced immigration policy.
We besides became active in the Piotrków referendum, where the power panicked before the people's determination to overturn the vote of citizens by force under the pretext of formal trifles. They were so afraid of the voices of average people.
We have opposed the increasingly aggressive regermanisation of public life. We reminded the fact about the Recovered Lands – about their centuries-old Polishness, about the heroism of those who built a fresh Homeland there after the war. We have shown that we can and must be arrogant of the place where we live, and that Polishness is simply a value to be demonstrated publicly.

And the final proof that the Border defence Movement has become the most active and effective opposition force against Tusk and his crew is hundreds of persecutions and repressions that affect our activists and volunteers.

Surely you have read my last letter about the situation of Dark and his colleagues – this is just 1 example of how afraid they are of people who act out of conviction that flows from the heart.
That's why I'm certain the Border defence Movement should have a clear place during the independency March. due to the fact that it was the people of the Movement who showed what real patriotism is in action this year.
We united Poles around the thought of caring for our own safety – regardless of their social position or political beliefs. In practice, we realized the ideals of the March of Independence: faith, freedom and work for Homeland.

That's why I want the Border defence Movement to be spotted on 11 November. So that everyone who looks at the streets of Warsaw that day, sees people who not only talk about Poland, but do something for them all day. Will you aid me do this?

Let us look at what is happening around us present – the war beyond the east border, the chaos in Europe, the attempts to impose abroad patterns and ideology on Poland. The planet around us is brutally questioning what has been apparent to us until recently: faith, family, sovereignty, the right to own identity.

Therefore, the March of independency must become a form of strong evidence that Poland does not want to follow the way of nations that have forgotten their roots. It's not just a memorial holiday. It is simply a day erstwhile each of us can signal that we do not agree to a planet without God, without principles and without Homeland.

I'll share my reflection with you. I think present the biggest challenge is to awaken in ourselves the most precious – a sense of national community and courage. due to the fact that a nation that can face challenges together can truly decision mountains.
We must believe again that Poland is not just a task for politicians, but for each of us – for fathers, mothers, young people who are just looking for their place. And that readiness to defend is not born out of hatred, but out of love—from this simple desire to keep what is good and ours.

Everyone knows how to admit the Border defence Movement. These are those in yellow vests – a symbol that was born on the border. This vest is simply a sign of service and courage.

Therefore, on 11 November I encourage you warmly – put it on and stand with me in the Block of the Border defence Movement. Let us be seen erstwhile we walk together for White Red. Let Warsaw see people who can stand together to fight, due to the fact that they know that Poland is worth it. Let our space be a place where all those who have spent the last fewer months of their lives defending their homeland will meet.

See you on November 11th in the Border defence Movement block!
