The Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw has overturned the resolution of the National Broadcasting Council on granting concessions to Telewizja wPolsce24 and Telewizja Republika. According to the judge, the president of the National Broadcasting Council "significantly" violated the applicable regulations. For this reason, it imposed on him the work to pay over PLN 10,000 in costs of the proceedings to the Polish Free Media in Szczecin. The court indicated that appropriate papers and certificates are required to issue a broadcasting concession. However, letters of intent, letters of support or donations from viewers are not enough.
