The Americans are pushing for a swift end to the war in Ukraine. That's what the Reuters agency says. The plan establishes a peace agreement with Russia as early as March and simultaneous referendum elections. But Kiev is not delighted with the pace and American conditions, it is not only about Donbas but besides about safety.
