Arno Van Kessel reportedly had blindfolded during a night raid on the paramilitary home a period before the case was to go to court.

State lawyer Arno van Kessel, who represented the case with lawyer Peter Stassen, was brutally arrested during a night raid on his home in Leeuwarden on 11 June, and police charged him and others with terrorism.
Van Kessel has been "obtained blindfolded, taken by the military police and is now being held in a maximum safety facility—no charges filed and no access to his legal squad or family," he says. The People's Voice TV.

De Andere Krant reports that the justice should take a decision on the substance in about six weeks.
Businessman and entrepreneur Jim Ferguson, who stood with protesters in front of the courthouse building, discussed the case the next day.
For now, Van Kessel's destiny remains unclear.
