President of PiS Jarosław Kaczyński estimated that Poland would not avoid the substance of "a hanging up" collection unless peace was concluded in Ukraine and no safety warrant was created. Nevertheless, in his opinion, at this point the Polish military is not ready to introduce compulsory military service.
