Telewizja Republika lost its terrestrial broadcasting license. This decision was made by the Provincial Administrative Court. In doing so, it overturned the contested decision of the National Broadcasting Council. This decision can be appealed to the ultimate Administrative Court. Until the ultimate Administrative Court decides, the station can broadcast.
