Republic of Korea closer to fresh CH-47F Chinook

On 6 December, the U.S. Department of State announced its consent to the possible sale to the Republic of Korea of batches of heavy-duty transport helicopters Boeing CH-47F Chinook. The maximum value of the transaction may be up to $1.5 billion.
