Repeal of Małgorzata Manowska's immunity blocked. Dariusz Barski's signature is missing

A renewed request to waive the immunity of First president of the ultimate Court Malgorzata Manowska has been returned to the prosecutor's office. The State Court will take up the case only after the letter is signed by prosecutor Dariusz Barski or his deputies.
