Record US arms exports. Poland among key recipients

According to the information disclosed at the turn of January and February, the value of the notification (admissions granted by the State Department and submitted to Congress) for the acquisition of arms in the FMS mode, i.e. through the U.S. government, amounted to $80.9 billion in fiscal year 2023 (completed September 30) in the fiscal year. It's the top value always recorded. This is besides an increase in relation to fiscal year 2022 by more than half, i.e. by 55.9 percent. In fiscal year 2022, the value was 51.9 billion.
