Record US support for Poland. Valid contract signed

Poland with evidence financial support from the United States. The national defence minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz signed an agreement guaranteeing Poland a $4 billion loan. This appropriation is intended to cover the modernisation of the Polish army and strengthening the safety of the country.
