"The improvement of a fresh economical strategy requires structural changes in the government in which silos should be replaced by a horizontal, holistic approach. This will not be achieved without coordination of economical policy by the Deputy Prime Minister liable for the economy and the economical and Social Council at the Prime Minister, which will be a substantive support. The fresh economical strategy requires a fundamental change in the paradigm in which education, science, culture were seen as factors that burden budget spending alternatively than creating its revenue. We should, like in the case of defence spending, adopt concrete amounts spent on these fresh creative improvement engines," says Dr. Henryk Bochniarz, chair of the EFNI Programme Council.
Recommendations sum up the conclusions of this year's debates of the European Forum for fresh Ideas in Sopot, 1 of the most crucial events dedicated to the future of the European economy and the function of business in modernisation processes.
