Ghost Sharks – Australian way to defend oceans

The Australian Government has informed of the signing of an agreement with Anduril Australia to build and keep small, unmanned Ghost Shark (Rekin Spectmo) class XL-AUV submarines. These large drones are to be delivered over the next 5 years for 1.7 billion Australian dollars ($1.12 billion). This programme is intended to increase the possible for the Australian Navy to affect Indo-Pacific waters.
