Medical records as an army wellness map [ANALIZA]

A complementary model – integrating NFZ data with military wellness care resources is needed. In practice, this means combining administrative information with results of fitness tests, trauma indicators, decisions of the Military Medical Commission and operational data, making medical information the basis of decisions strengthening the wellness and operational readiness of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland.
