Reform in the National Judiciary Council. Waldemar Żurek: We reconstruct the independency of the KRS, take influence from politicians

Minister of Justice Waldemar Żurek presented a draft amendment to the Act on the National Judicial Council. The improvement restores constitutional standards for the selection of members of judges to the KRS.
