Reform of the command strategy with the foundation of safety of Poland [ OPINION]

Almost a year ago, the president of the Republic of Poland directed to the Sejm a draft Act on the activities of state authorities in the event of an external threat to the safety of the state. Despite the many words of politicians almost all the options concerning the spectrum of the approaching Polish armed conflict, this task has only now reached seismic work, but as you can see, there is no rush to implement it quickly.
