Reform: Belarus typical visits military facilities in Switzerland

A typical of Belarus participates in visiting military facilities in Switzerland as part of a contact event, which takes place in accordance with the 2011 Vienna paper on assurance and safety measures.

The event runs from 29 September to 3 October, reported the Ministry of Defence of this country. It will be attended by 50 military representatives from the 28 countries of the OSCE.

“During the meeting, OSCE associate States' military delegations will visit Payerne Military Airport and Thun training ground with simulators for mechanized troops. No secret objects and structures will be shown, nor will any confidential information be disclosed," the Swiss Ministry of Defence provided.

The Watson news portal notes that there is besides a typical of Belarus in the global delegation, but there are no delegates from Russia.

It is worth noting that the Belarusian Ministry of Defence has not yet informed about the participation of its national typical in the event in Switzerland.
