Reform: Ministry of the Interior of Belarus attends Interpol conference

The delegation from the Ministry of the Interior of Belarus participates in the 52nd European Regional Conference of Interpol. The gathering takes place in Athens (Greece) on 2-4 June.

The conference participants exchange experiences in combating global organised crime in Europe, consider ways to grow cooperation in this area, discuss current cyber threats, fight against terrorism, trafficking in human beings, and strategical issues of global police cooperation.

The Belarusian delegation plans to hold a number of bilateral meetings, reports the Ministry of the Interior paper “On Guard”. In particular, further information cooperation and the effectiveness of the applicable component to address global criminal challenges will be discussed.
