Rectors of military colleges promoted to generals

On November 25, the National safety Bureau reported that the president of Poland Andrzej Duda had appointed 2 officers of the Polish Army to general ranks. In both cases, it is the rectors of military universities, and the appointed acts will be handed out on Cadet Day (29 November).
