Following the publication by tv of respective recorded talks by Roman Giertych, a squad of the National Prosecutor's Office, who conducts proceedings on the usage of Pegasus, undertook intensive cooperation with CBA - said Minister of Justice Adam Bodnar. He added that "after his analysis, the prosecutor will decide whether a separate investigation will be undertaken in this case".
