Record number of fathers on parental leave. ZUS gave the latest data

In Poland we see a dynamic increase in the number of fathers who decide to take parental leave. According to the latest data from the Share The Care Foundation and the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), in just 1 year the number of fathers benefiting from this benefit has more than doubled - from 19 1000 in 2023 to almost 42 1000 in 2024. Importantly, this is as much as eleven times more than in 2022.
