Reconstruction of Poland after Russian attack could cost as much as PLN 5.5 trillion

Experts from ZPP and the defence Institute have, for the first time in Poland, estimated the full cost of rebuilding the country after a possible war with Russia. In the worst-case scenario, it's an amount almost equal to twice the yearly GDP. Road infrastructure alone would cost 600 billion zlotys - more than the country's income in 2025, the report's authors estimate.
