Another is Polish history, geopolitics, we had no Empire and we do not have a king, but the moral basis of our distinctions is the same: they are awarded for outstanding achievements, civilian and military, during war, for fighting the commune, on the basis of professional, social and charitable merits. And the social message is the same: for the best, serving the nation, the community, sacrificing their lives for others. And how do the “humanists of folk power”, bandits and murderers from SB and another civilian and military formations of the period of the Polish People's Republic, planners and contractors of the “destruction industry” of Poland and Poles, erstwhile the best, full social classes, the economical and cultural achievements of the country were destroyed? To this day, we do not know why in 2018 the president vetoed the bill, taking over the officers' grades of "especially well-deserved", including members of WRON and generals Jaruzelski and Kiszczak, and sent it back to further work?
Here it is worth noting that all British media, conservative and left-wing-liberal, fought for the deprivation of Savile and Goodwin. due to the fact that it was about achieving social justice and saving the full system. That is, citizens' ability to separate right from wrong, to confirm the rule that good should be rewarded, but evil punished.
