Government spokesperson Adam Szłapka referred to the criticism of the decree of Minister Waldemar Żurek, amending the rules of court proceedings, stressing that "this is simply a good direction", although "it hurts those who have been demolishing the legal strategy for years". Asked on Friday on TVN24 about the withdrawal of the regulation, Żurek assured that it is in accordance with the law and the constitution.
