Government spokesperson Adam Sztrapka referred to the criticism of Minister Waldemar Żurek's regulation, which amends the rules of the courts, stressing that "this is simply a good direction", though "it hurts those who have been demolishing the legal strategy for years". Zurek, asked on Friday at TVN24 to retreat the regulation, assured that it was lawful and constitutional.
