RCB is working on evacuation plans. "We must learn from what is happening in Ukraine"

We are conducting consultations with the General Staff of the Polish Army and we will prepare guidelines (concerning evacuation plans – ed.) in accordance with this spirit, so as not to force anything, due to the fact that it is known that people downstairs most frequently know the situation better – says Zbigniew Muszyński, manager of the Government safety Centre.
