One of the most contrary to the Polish national interest of the elite's actions in fresh years was the affirmation of the revival of Ukrainian nationalism in its Nazi form, referred to as neo-banderism.
His first testimonies should be sought as shortly as the russian Union and the uprising of Ukraine were dissolved as a sovereign state, for which her politicians sought rapidly the founding story and the national heroes standing on his guard. In the sucurses of their quests came the worshiper Stepana Bandery Western Ukrainian diaspora with inactive surviving members of the genocidal OUN-UPA formations – carefully rescued by the Allied before the judicial settlement of their crimes against humanity in Volyn and east Małopolska. Polish authorities and elites not only confirmed this pro-Bander phrase of Ukraine, but besides supported in various ways, among others, by the silence of Ukrainian genocide and silence, and even repression of those people and Polish communities who demanded the dissemination of historical fact on this subject. For decades of not judging this genocide – the deficiency of a second Nuremberg – not only in Poland and Ukraine, but besides at the level of global institutions, the authorities of the Polish People's Republic and the 3rd Republic are responsible.
In the ministry of Neo-Banderism
At the same time, the work of the elite for this state of affairs – not only the media and opinion centres, but besides academic, cultural, educational backgrounds. The work of church circles, represented by the Conference of the Polish Episcopal Conference, which has not yet erstwhile taken the issue of judging Ukrainian Nazism as the perfect basis for cultural cleansing carried out in Poles in the years of planet War II. Nor did she mention to her violent revival in the consciousness of modern Ukrainians after the dissolution of the USSR in 1991. It is worth recalling here the historical analysis of the religious-cultural criticism of the KEP, presented by Fr Prof. Andrzej Kobyliński in the diary of Poland in connection with the reception by Karol Nawrocki Order of the White Eagle Volodymir Zelensk – for giving 1 of the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine the name “UPA Heroes”. According to the professor, Polish-Ukrainian reconciliation has a moral character above all. “It concerns memory, conscience, guilt, sin, knowing of good and evil. Therefore, the basis for authentic reconciliation is the moral and spiritual dimension. Only later come political, economical or military elements" [i].
Therefore, according to this clergyman and at the same time philosopher and ethics, signed in 2023 by the president of the KEP Archbishop Stanisław Gądecki and the head of the Ukrainian Greek-Catholic Church Archbishop Światosław Szewczuk's message of forgiveness and reconciliation was an empty gesture. It was not substantively prepared – based not only on historical facts relating to Ukrainian genocide, but besides on these religious-anthropological and moral categories. The improvement of spiritual, religious, moral, or at last political readiness for reconciliation must include both nations. It may take a longer time – even respective or more years – due to the fact that it must include the transformation of the neobanderism-inspired consciousness of Ukrainians – on the 1 hand. On the another hand, the liberation of Poles' awareness from the loops imposed by native elites to affirm this ideology dehumanizing the modern world.
They're not afraid of responsibility
The debandering of Ukraine must be accompanied by debandering of Polish politics and shaping Polish elites. For elites – not only political and opinionative, but besides scientific, educational, artistic – denied us the right to the fact about Ukrainian genocide and the resulting national trauma, as well as the right to exhume its victims and their worthy burial. They denied the right to justice the inactive alive perpetrators of this crime against humanity, and above all its ideology – whose rebirth threatens not only Poland but besides Europe. Elites that promoted comprehensive and non-refundable neo-Bander aid Ukraine will defend its anti-Polish positions and look for all ways to discipline the evasive minds of the Polish society, which not only supported – 74% – the removal by the president of Nawrock Order of the White Eagle Zelenski, but will anticipate a refund of debts incurred by Ukraine in Poland. Kiev 35 years ago chose a pro-Bander course and is not going to give it up, and this means that Poland is becoming more and more threatened not by Russia – as we were told from the Polish elite society – but by Ukraine.
How did it happen that only the acceptance of the Polish Medal of Honor of Zelensk revealed the scale of this authentic threat? The responsibility of the Polish political elite is undisputed here. However, we request to start talking about the guilt of opinion-making environments – with technological elites at the head. These are titled individuals and full groups, who for years III of the Polish Republic did not only deny the technological fact about Ukrainian Nazism and Ukrainian genocide, but besides did not let it to be passed on in school and university programs, as well as in public debate. How it happened that not they, but the statements of erstwhile Polish Prime Minister Leszek Miller opened the eyes of most Poles to the fact about Polish-Ukrainian relations, added courage to Confederate politicians and forced the Law and Justices to "correct" the pro-Bander politics. erstwhile will the alienated elites of Polish discipline make specified a “correction”? And here there will be no forced promises, but concrete actions. Paraphrasing the title of the excellent russian movie Moscow does not believe tears – we must repeat loudly: Poles will not believe tears – neither PiS nor PO and their organization appetizers, nor anti-Polish opinion-making environments. Poles await designation of their political and moral guilt.
They harm Poland and Poles
Therefore, we must forge iron while hot – usage the situation to depose the elites and point them in line – behind us. The co-writers of “Polish Thoughts” since the Orange Revolution in Ukraine respected decision-makers in Poland – in the sphere of politics, science, culture, religion – before neo-Bander Ukraine. Now that the threat of our country and nation from specified a hostile neighbour becomes increasingly and more real, we have a duty, but besides a moral right to compose about Polish "ministers of Ukraine". We have a moral right and a patriotic work to accuse of activities supporting her Nazi formation of all those who not only denied us the right to compose the fact about her past and present, but besides branded us publically as enemies of humanity, Putin's agents, “Russian onus”. We are not guided by any resenty towards our pro-Bander enemies Poland, but by the request to give a witness to the conflict that “ministers of Ukraine” conducted and proceed with defenders of the Polish state, Polish honor and Polish interests.
When the Committee on Historical Literature, as well as the Committee on Slavic Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences – Branch in Krakow condemned my article Ukraine – the war of civilization, published in “Polish Thoughts” in 2022 – after the Russian troops entered Ukraine – the authorities of the Polish Academy of Sciences agreed to an unprecedented action since Stalinism: placing on the main website of the Branch the condemnation of the said article, its author and the “Polish Thoughts” which published it. The article says that the second phase of the Western War with Russia, which began then, was a war on Christian civilization, protected by the Russian Federation and the Moscow Patriarchate of the Orthodox Church. The course of this war confirms the thesis contained in the article. The condemnation of this text by the Polish Academy of Sciences and at the same time “Polish Thoughts” was on the net – so long that the applicable services could take care of us, and Ukrainian flagists could enter the list under the title “rizat’ Lachiw”. "Gazeta Wyborcza" began chasing us, in which he tormented us Professor Grzegorz Przebinda, demanding, inter alia, prosecution proceedings for the views expressed in the text. It's that paper Adam Michnik and its environment is anti-Polish, knows all Pole. But the men of the LORD?
The Stalinist action of the Krakow Branch of 2022 is liable for all its authorities at the time: president – Prof. Andrzej Jajszczyk, Vice-Presidents – Prof. Barbara Bilińska, Prof. Ryszard Nycz, Members of the branch bureau – Prof. Jerzy Lis, Prof. Wiesław W. Pawlik. The authorities of the next word (2022 – 2026), which have not cut off from this report, besides respond. This is mostly a fresh lineup of people supporting the pro-Bander policies of their predecessors: president – Prof. Karol Szczykowski, Vice Presidents – Prof. Barbara Bilińska, Prof. Ryszard Nycz, Bureau members – Prof. Grażyna Stochel, Prof. Małgorzata Witko, Prof. Stanisław Nagy. What was the consequence of the study on us that was being made by these bodies? To a large degree “thanks to him” on a list of 25 people, published by the “Gazeta Wyborcza” on 16 April 2025, which the Committee on Russian Influence investigation in Poland addressed to the interior safety Agency: Jan Engelgard, Piasty Industry, Anna Wrzeżny. She besides created “Myśl Polska” herself as a letter under these influences. Fortunately, on 31 July 2025, this curiosity committee was dissolved.
Without honor and dignity
This individual information is crucial for many reasons, above all due to the fact that the same people – like the authorities of another branches of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Poland – companyed to make for Ukraine and Ukrainian scientists a long-term program of non-return assistance – called LPT – covering many millions of zlotys paid from our budget. And although he participates in the function of partners of 7 abroad academies, the burden of its implementation lies with the Polish Academy of Sciences. It is worth quoting the "effects" of the Polish Academy of Sciences published in 2025 on the Internet. * "355 researchers from Ukraine covered by individual aid, *88 researchers from Ukraine funded under 18 long-term LTP support projects Ukraine (LTP) with a full budget of over USD 8 million, obtained from abroad partners, including the National Academy of Sciences of the United States (NAS), * about PLN 40 million allocated together to Ukrainian researchers, most of whom have been acquired from more than 40 abroad sponsors, * 15 technological and popular-scientific events organized or co-organised in Ukraine since the beginning of the war, * the participation of more than 700 scientists from Ukraine in stationary or online training organised by the Polish Academy of Sciences, * 28 technological units of the Polish Academy of Sciences active in ad hoc relief activities.
This data does not require any further explanation. It is confirmed by the unprecedented message of the president of the Polish Academy of Sciences of 12 September last year: “We are taking fresh initiatives. The conference, during which we join forces with German science, shows that we are not laying down weapons. In circumstances that point to the continuation of the conflict, we want to get sources of backing and to keep the technological possible of Ukraine. (...) We will mostly want to support investigation teams that already exist. Various trainings and advisory activities will besides continue.... To date, more than 700 scientists from Ukraine have participated in stationary or online training organised by the Polish Academy of Sciences. Our aid is not to take over but to preserve Ukraine’s technological potential. We aid with the thought that all those we have provided will return to the country" [iii].
This is simply a clear evidence of the pro-Bander activities of the Polish Academy of Sciences. In the absence of investment in Polish science, it has the character of sabotage. It is besides a evidence to the moral credo implemented by the elite: affirmative discrimination – discrimination against the majority of the Polish society and its interests – carried out by the number or alienated elites in favour of the flag society. For specified morality there is no place in our civilisation, formed centuries ago by Christianity.
