Miller's committee study again on government side MON

‘MON recalls that according to the current legal state, the only binding paper determining the course and actual causes of the crash is the July 2011 final study on the aviation accident investigation (...) of Tu-154M aircraft No 101 occurring on 10 April 2010 in the area of Smolensk North, drawn up by the Air Aviation Accident Investigation Commission,’ the ministry stated.
