Ukraine's safety Service (SBU) said on Friday on Telegram that it officially recognized Chechnya leader Ramzan Kadyrov and 2 of his close associates as suspects. SBU investigators gathered evidence that in February and March this year, Kadyrov personally directed the improvement and planning of certain military operations of the forces of the Russian National defender from Chechnya and the motorized battalion of the North Caucasian Military District, as well as issuing orders and receiving reports.
