By underestimating Rail Baltic's task and expanding costs of this investment, it can be completed even in 2040 - said PAP Deputy Minister of Infrastructure Piotr Malebszak. He added that KDP in Poland will drive at speeds of up to 350 km/h on fresh lines and up to 250 km/h on upgraded lines.
