The port of Elbląg may become a tiny but crucial port on the Baltic Sea, assured Rafał Trzaskowski, the candidate of the Civic Coalition for the president of Poland in Elbląg. At the same time, the candidate criticized his predecessors, Radio Gdańsk reported.
