The author of the analysis published by the investigation service “Meduza” is Constantine Skorkin, from Lugansk and writing for the “Carnegie” centre. Therefore, any sources call him a "Russian analyst", while others stress that he is formally from Ukraine (not recognizing the Lugansk occupation). The Skarkin hypothesis should be corrected.
