

Sikorski said that he expressed outrage as erstwhile Minister of Defence in the cabinet of Kazimierz Marcinkiewicz and Jarosław Kaczyński that Błaszczak revealed plans of the Polish Army to defend his homeland in the east direction for the benefit of the election campaign. He expressed hope that "the insufferable court would teach Blaszczak and another pseudopatriots a lesson for the full generation."
The question of whether Błaszczak should face the Court of State, Sikorski replied that “an average criminal court will suffice here”.
Request for waiver of immunity by Mr Błaszczak
Attorney General Adam Bodnar made a request to the Sejm on Wednesday for the waiver of immunity for Błaszczak, as the prosecution wants to charge him with excess powers due to the fact that, as head of the MON, he declassified in July 2023 and publically revealed in September 2023 fragments of the Plan of usage of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland WARTA-00101. The plan is simply a 2011 paper on how to defend against possible Russian attack. citing this document, Błaszczak then accused PO politicians that during their time of government they planned to defend the state on the Vistula line in the event of an invasion and "give the attacker half of the country".
Radosław Sikorski on punishment for Poland
Sikorski besides commented on the ruling of the EU Court of First Instance on Wednesday, which shows that Poland's deduction of penalties of EUR 320 million by the European Commission for not suspending the Disciplinary Board in the ultimate Court was legal. “This is part of this immense bill that we pay for lawlessness and theft of the United Right,” said the head of Polish diplomacy.
On Tuesday, Sikorski met in Brussels with the head of EU diplomacy Kaja Kallas, and on Wednesday, as a typical of the Polish Presidency of the EU Council, Deputy Kallas took part in a conference of EU Ambassadors.
