U.S. Secretary of defence Pete Hegseth and Saud bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani, Deputy Prime Minister and Qatar Minister of Defence, signed an agreement whereby, as part of a ‘regardless gift’, Qatar will hand over Boeing 747-8 to the Americans.
