- APPLICATION – Qantas advertises its cabin crew job openings on its careers portal, with interesting candidates asked to submit their resumes and other supporting documents online.
- ONLINE TEST – Those who are shortlisted must pass an online assessment test, which is designed to help Qantas understand their personality traits, core competencies, linguistic skills, and past experience in line with the airline’s requirements.
- ASSESSMENT – An in-person assessment is held for those who pass the online test. A one-on-one interview, group activities, and a written comprehension examination are held, while the individual’s physical attributes are also checked.
