PZU and Bank Pekao give themselves more time to work on possible mergers

PZU and Bank Pekao agreed on amendments to word Sheet, a paper that sets out the principles of cooperation between the 2 companies in the reorganisation of the PZU Group. The amended paper implies an extension of the time allowed for this process, in view of the first assumptions.
