It seemed that, according to the announcements of the Head of SG - General Wiesław Kukuła, more about the implementation of the planning and implementation task "Szpej" we would be able to learn during the September 2024 conference "Szpejawisko", which was to be a kind of platform for exchanging experiences between users and the industrial side. However, the flood and engagement of the military (including the Territorial Defence Army to host the "Speiwisko") in the removal of its effects ([Operation Phoenix](https://defence24.pl/power-arms/ruszy-operation-pheniks)) forced the conference to change its word and postpone it until the end of November. Unfortunately, representatives of manufacture media and manufacture could not participate in the event, but for companies from the Polish Armed Forces Group, presenting solutions developed under the ZISW Titan Programme (e.g. PCO). It is simply a pity, due to the fact that in this way the military has lost the anticipation of dialog with the industrial side, which has both technologies not yet utilized in the Contracting and Equipment Objects (PUiW), quality control systems guaranteeing transportation to the user of the "active" product, as well as experience in the implementation of purchasing procedures in another NATO countries, which could service as a basis for the improvement of the Polish PUiW acquisition system.
