Putin requested in a conversation with Trump the donation of the Donetsk Oblast by Ukraine

During the conversation, Putin suggested that in exchange for control of the Donetsk Oblast he could hand over parts of the 2 another regions of Ukraine that he had previously conquered - in the Zaporosian and Kherson Oblasts - the authorities handed over, asking for anonymity.
