The European Union is on the verge of an unprecedented step. Following months of disputes and political negotiations, Brussels is approaching an agreement on the usage of frozen state assets of Russia to finance Ukraine. Politico informs that the key in this process Belgium will agree to draw up a debt proposal for Kiev worth EUR 140 billion, which corresponds to about PLN 593 billion.
