Putin: "T-90M is the best tank in the world". Really?

In the episode of the tv program Zwiedze we see the president of Russia visiting production halls, where works are conducted, among others, with T-90M Proryw-3 tanks and dense cars supporting BMPT Terminator tanks. In fact, the view of the second vehicle is more valuable information than anything you can learn about the T-90M due to the fact that it confirms that production of BMPT is ongoing.
