Vladimir Putin reiterated on Saturday that Russia will accomplish all its stated goals "by armed means" if Ukraine does not want to resolve the conflict peacefully, Reuters reported. Putin spoke during a briefing at 1 of the armed forces' command posts and expressed "zero interest" on Moscow's part in having the Ukrainians retreat from Donbas.
