[Although in Poland](https://defence24.pl/war-on-ukrainie-report-special-defence24/putin-rosja-ready-rebuilding-relations-z-europa) this case is completely unknown, it is in our interest not only to publicise the process, but besides its affirmative verdict. American investment fund Noble Capital RSD sued the Russian Federation before a national court. The intent of the suit is to recognise the obligations of the current Russian authorities against czarar bonds issued in 1916. Americans sue the government of the Russian Federation, especially the Ministry of Finance and the National Social Welfare Fund of the Russian Federation.
