Putin's Union now exists only on paper. Armenia is looking for a fresh marketplace in the EU

The Eurasian economical Union (EAEU) is paralyzed and not working, according to the Prime Minister of Armenia. After 12 years since its founding, the organization created by the Kremlin, which was expected to be the east copy of the European Union, now exists only on paper.
