Putin's obsession. Chasiv Yar is to be conquered for the triumph Day Festival

A week ago, I warned that the conflict for Chasiv Yar was beginning. In the article ["The beginning of the conflict for Chasiv Yar"](https://defence24.pl/wojna-na-ukrainie-raport-specjalny-defence24/poczatek-bitwy-o-czasiw-jar-rosjanie-pra-na-zachod) I explained why the capitulation of this town is simply a logistical problem for Ukraine, due to the fact that the close Kostiantynivka is an crucial logistical hub of the north-south and east-west highways in the rear of the front. Unfortunately – as General Syrski himself informs – Vladimir Putin has chosen Chasiv Yar as another of the symbols of this war drowned in blood. After the demolition of Mariupol, Severodonetsk-Lysychansk, Bakhmut and Avdiivka, this time he pointed to Chasiv Yar on the map. According to Syrski, the Russians are to occupy this town by 9 May 2024, i.e. on the alleged triumph Day Day, commemorating the capitulation of the 3rd Reich.
