The Kremlin's propaganda has never threatened so much about atomic war. It is full of stories about the wunderwaffe, which can sweep distant "entire countries", "for example, Belgium" and both coasts of the USA. Putin's announcement that Moscow's consequence will be "stunning" goes on and on. But the effect is weak.
