Putin's' cipher 'flees Russia and reveals information about president's life

The Russian-language investigative portal Dossier Center published an interview with Capt. Gleb Karakoulov, a erstwhile officer of the national Protection Service, who on October 14, 2022 and his household fled to the West through Istanbul. Prior to his escape, he served in the presidential communications department. His responsibilities included giving Putin classified information and setting up encrypted communications so he could talk safely during his travels.
