Putin: Russian weapons are years ahead of the competition. Detachment from reality, or propaganda? [COMMENT]

Russian president Vladimir Putin said at a weapons show close Moscow that Russia was ready to sale advanced weapons to allies around the planet and cooperate in developing military technology. He added that Russia's latest armaments are much better than those of another countries. In practice, however, Putin's message is simply a combination of detachment from reality and propaganda.
