Putin: Russia ready to rebuild relations with Europe

Speaking in the Kremlin during the letter of credentials ceremony to the fresh ambassadors, Putin stated that authoritative and business contacts between Russia and European countries had been importantly reduced. He added that dialog on key abroad policy issues was "frozen".
