Vladimir Putin said on Sunday, according to Reuters, that Russia will proceed to prosecute its battlefield nonsubjective of full occupying 4 regions of Ukraine, rejecting, as he put it, Ukraine’s fresh proposal to limit hostilities in the war that has been ongoing for more than 4 years.
