Russia is preparing another diplomatic and military offensive in Africa. On 28-29 October, Moscow is hosting the 3rd Russia-Africa summit, which is expected to be attended by more than 2,000 people, along with the accompanying forum. This time, the Kremlin is preparing circumstantial proposals on air defence, anti-drone systems, military cooperation, atomic energy and cybersecurity. Despite the war against Ukraine, Russia has consistently developed its influence on the African continent. Importantly, Moscow is increasingly linking arms exports with the presence of Russian troops and long-standing safety agreements.
